Mark Luschini
Chief Investment Strategist, Investment Strategy Group and Managing Director, Parker/Hunter Asset Management
As the Chief Investment Strategist for Janney, Mark serves as the Firm’s investment expert and spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He is also responsible for directing Parker/Hunter Asset Management’s investment management services. He Chairs the Investment Committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients. Mark joined Janney as part of the Parker Hunter merger in 2005 and has spent more than 20 years in the investment industry. He frequently utilizes his experience to speak on topics related to investment planning and asset management at seminars, conferences and in the media. Mark holds his B.A. and M.B.A. from Gannon University.

Alan Schankel
Managing Director, Head of Fixed Income Research & Strategy
Alan Schankel is the Head of Fixed Income Research & Strategy and serves on the Firm Management Committee. He has 40 years of industry experience, including 20 at Janney. Alan’s career includes management roles in municipal underwriting and trading at two other regional firms as well as ownership of a specialty municipal bond boutique. He is active in a variety of industry groups, has served on the FINRA Fixed Income Committee and is active as a regular arbitrator for the FINRA.
Alan is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Past President of both the Bond Club of Philadelphia and the Municipal Bond Club of Philadelphia.

Robert Richards
Director of Annuities
Bob began his career at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in July, 1984, and has run the Annuity Department for the entirety of his nearly 25 year tenure with the Firm. He first entered the annuity business in 1971 as a Unit Manager for Aetna working with employees of non-profit organizations. Bob also has experience as a Regional Annuity Manager for Smith Barney and has wholesaled for Planco, the number one annuity marketing organization in the country. He earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce from Rider College and is a Chartered Life Underwriter.

Angela S. Wagner, JD
Senior Estate Planner
Angela is a Senior Estate Planner and is responsible for conducting branch visits, drafting estate plans, conducting client meetings to present estate and financial plan holders and fielding tax, estate and financial planning questions. For the past ten years, Angela has been in private practice, specializing in estate planning, trust planning and administration, personal and corporate income tax preparation and tax planning. Angela also served as Director of Tax and Estate Planning for Bolton Capital Corporation, and worked for firms such as Laverty, Muth, & Reed, P.C. and Gollatz Griffin & Ewing, P.C. Angela holds her undergraduate degree from Drexel University and a law degree from Widener University School of Law.

Guy Lebas
Director, Fixed Income Strategy
Guy joined Janney in 2006 and is the Firm’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist. In this role, he works closely with Financial Consultants in providing customized investment strategies for a range of institutional and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Guy authors in-depth economic and bond market periodicals and provides relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. Prior to joining Janney, Guy was the Interest Rate Risk Manager for U.S. Trust’s bank asset and liability portfolios, a role in which he oversaw risk and return on an $11 billion balance sheet. He received his education from Swarthmore College and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.

Greg Drahuschak
Market Strategist
Greg joined Janney in 1991. He has over 35 years of economic experience and provides daily, weekly and monthly market commentary to Janney and our clients. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked as a retail broker with—and eventually transitioned into the research departments of —Butcher & Singer and Wheat First Securities. He was also an instructor at Robert Morris College and the University of Pitts¬burgh. Greg has written articles for several newspapers and websites, and has been the visiting expert on many live radio broadcasts. He earned his B.A. in fine arts from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from the New York Institute of Finance.

Chris Haidinger, CFP®
Director, Private Wealth Consulting
Chris is a First Vice President and Director of Corporate and Planning Services with over 20 years of experience at Janney. He is responsible for creating investment and tax planning strategies for clients, businesses and credit unions in an effort to maximize the productivity of their assets. Chris provides technical expertise and formulates financial plans describing financial, tax, investment and estate planning strategies for Janney clients. Chris is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERtm and a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelors degree in finance from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania.

Debra S. Roey, CLU, ChFC, AIF
Manager, Retirement Plan Services
Debra has nearly 25 years of retirement industry experience. In her role, she provides sales and service support for corporate retirement plans including plan design analysis, proposal procurement and analysis, technical support, client and participant meetings and problem resolution. Prior to joining Janney, she served as Regional Director, Retirement Plans, with Union Central Life, and was responsible for sales and marketing of retirement plans through financial advisers. She also served on several corporate committees involved with strategic planning and product development. Debra received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University.

Steven Higgins
Managing Director, Strategic Advisory & Financial Sponsors Coverage
Steven joined Janney Montgomery Scott in 2009. As Managing Director, he heads the Strategic Advisory Group and is responsible for coordinating Janney’s Financial Sponsors Coverage initiative. He specializes in advising middle market companies on exclusive sale assignments, corporate divestitures, buy-side transactions, financings and various assignments across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Janney, Steven served as a Managing Director in Stifel Nicolaus' investment banking division where he was a senior member of the firm's Diversified Industrials Group and a senior member of the Strategic Advisory Group. He served in Legg Mason's investment banking division until the acquisition of Legg Mason Capital Markets by Stifel Nicolaus in 2005. Prior to joining Legg Mason, he worked for the private equity firm Morse Partners and served as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities LLC, the investment banking subsidiary of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital sourcing and leveraged buyout transactions.
Steven received a B.S. in finance from The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and an M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
