Rick has 19 years experience as a Financial Consultant.
Rick is a member of Janney's Presidents Council, a distinction awarded to only the top 1% of Financial Consultants.
A graduate of the Financial Planning Institute, Rick's responsibilities to his clients include developing strategic investment plans, selection of independent investment advisors, ongoing money manager, as well as setting domestic and global equity/fixed income strategic-tactical asset allocation models. Rick also evaluates and monitors: common stock, alternative investments, mutual and exchange traded funds, municipal, corporate, and government bond performance within portfolios.
Rick graduated from West Chester State College with a B.S. Degree in Physical Education and from the University of Oklahoma with a Masters of Science in Education.
A Health/Life Insurance and Annuities licensed Financial Consultant, Rick is FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed.
Born and raised in Webster, Massachusetts, Rick now lives with his wife, Toni, and three children, Eric, Breton, and Brittany in Haddonfield, New Jersey.

Mary has been in the financial industry for 38 years and has managed a billion dollar bond portfolio, investments, and money center for large banks.
A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, Mary has been with the Group for six years.
As a partner in the Bonnette/Ross/Tropea Group, Mary specializes in estate planning, wealth transfer, portfolio management, and retirement planning. Mary presents ongoing seminars including seminars focusing on women's financial needs and concerns.
Mary is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, the Graduate School of Investments at the University of Illinois, and the Bucknell University Banking School. Mary is also a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and The Financial Planning Association.
Mary holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and is a Health/Life Insurance and Annuities licensed Financial Consultant.
She now resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Mary serves on the Board of the United Way.

Paul specializes in developing individual and specific plans for each client. Whether a conservative or aggressive stratedgy is established, each portfolio is created with the common goal of addressing the individual needs of the client.
Paul graduated from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a major in Finance.

Born and raised in Gibbstown, New Jersey, Paul now lives in Mullica Hill with his wife, Selena and their baby boy Alec. A baby girl is on the way.
Paul joined the Group in 1996 and his primary focus has been portfolio management and retirement planning for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Adam Puff joined the Bonnette/Ross/Tropea Group in July of 2004.
Adam specializes in 401ks and small business retirement plans.
Adam's primary roles include: bringing in prospective new clients, organizing seminars for clients and prospective clients. Adam also handles daily trading, buy and sell orders, annuities, internet access, and trouble shooting for the group.
Adam graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Latin American Studies.
Adam holds FINRA series 7, 63, and 66 licenses and is a Health/Life Insurance and Annuities Licensed Financial Consultant.
Adam is actively involved with the Gloucester County United Way and a founding member of their new group Circle U!, which strives to get young professionals involved in their communities as well as providing a forum to grow and advance in the business world.
Adam now resides in Woodbury, NJ with his Wife Heather and their dog Casanova.

Breton joined the Bonnette Ross Tropea Group as a financial consultant in September of 2006.
He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2006 with a B.A. in American History and a minor in Music Theory/Composition.
Breton currently holds his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 license, as well as his Life/Health Producers License.
His focuses are account analysis, investments (ETFs, mutual funds, common stock), inputting orders, client service, seminar and appointment set-up, tech troubleshooting, and bringing in prospective clients.
Breton was born in Long Branch, NJ but grew up in Cherry Hill and Haddonfield, NJ. He now resides in Haddonfield, NJ where he is involved extensively in the tri-state area athletic and music scene having been a part of UPenn’s Off the Beat and the University of Pennsylvania’s track and cross country teams. He is now Head Cross Country Coach at the Paul VI High School in Haddonfield, NJ.
