David strives to manage his New Haven, Connecticut based practice as an investment management and financial planning "boutique". Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. is a registered investment advisor and the second oldest member of the New York Stock Exchange. David personally develops, implements and manages strategies designed to help clients accomplish their financial goals. His clientele are typically referred by professional advisors or existing clients, and include: individuals, families, foundations, endowments, medical societies and non-profit organizations. With approximately one hundred and fifty million dollars of client assets entrusted to his care, he provides guidance on a wide array of financial and investment matters, including customized portfolio management and consulting, retirement and financial planning, education funding and insurance planning and analysis. The goal is to help clients build and preserve long-term wealth by understanding objectives, resources and time horizons. Prudent investment principles are applied to formulate a personalized plan, using a variety of investment vehicles. Asset allocation is reviewed regularly and can be refined as personal circumstances change.
